At Patara, we want you to love your sustainable footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure you find your perfect fit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to attach to your package.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Patara box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
